What are we looking for?

Graduate in any stream.

Experience in the UK Pension- Investment Administration domain (preferred)

Open to flexible shifts based on business requirements.

Good verbal & written communication skills

Good typing skills and attention to detail.

Good time management skills. Ability to work independently

Up to 10 years of experience in UK Pension domain –Business Administration and Claims Processing including Death Claims (preferred).

Subject Matter Expert/ Trainer with 6+ years of experience in remote transitions, developing quality checklists, performing RCA, and developing action plans to improve quality performance.

Must have experience in New Business, Money In/Out, Benefits, Cash Management & Recon, Payroll, Cash /Credit Control

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise operational teams handling new business, ensure all pension transactions comply with scheme rules, guidelines, and regulations.

Review and authorize high-value or complex cases, including member benefits and payroll disbursements.

Oversee daily cash management activities, ensuring accurate reconciliation of pension accounts, bank statements, and investment platforms.

Monitor credit control processes to track outstanding contributions and enforce collection protocols.

Review and assess complex insurance claims including death claims to determine coverage and eligibility for payment.

Research and verify claims information including policy details, claims document validation, calculating benefit amount and other relevant documentation.

Identify the correct payee or beneficiary to release the claims payment.

Collaborate with finance and audit teams to maintain financial integrity and readiness for internal or external reviews.

Act as the key point of contact for pension administrators, custodians, payroll providers, and internal departments.

Drive continuous improvement across operational workflows, identifying automation opportunities and reducing risk.

Mentor team members and ensure consistent service delivery aligned with client expectations and regulatory standards.

Prepare and present reports to senior management on team performance, client satisfaction, and business metrics.
