Job Title: Project and Delivery Lead

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project and Delivery Leads to spearhead the implementation of digital systems specifically for Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA) and Manufacturing processes across pharmaceutical client sites. This role will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for clients, ensuring timely delivery, governance adherence, risk management, and successful stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement & Communication:

• Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Understand client requirements and ensure alignment with project scope and deliverables.
• Conduct regular status meetings and governance updates with clients and internal leadership.

• Project Planning & Execution:

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Drive end-to-end implementation of digital solutions for QC/QA, including system configuration, validation, and user training.
• Monitor and track project milestones, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.

• Governance & Risk Management:

• Establish project governance frameworks tailored to each client engagement.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards (e.g., GxP, FDA, EU GMP).

• Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including technical, QA, validation, and business units.
• Manage third-party vendors and ensure coordinated delivery.

• Quality & Compliance Oversight:

• Ensure all implemented digital systems comply with regulatory and quality requirements.
• Support preparation and execution of audits and inspections as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or masters degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.

Experience Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in project/delivery management, with at least 5 years in pharmaceutical digital system implementations.
• Strong understanding of GxP compliance, data integrity principles, and validation lifecycle (CSV).
• Proven experience leading large-scale system rollouts (e.g., LIMS, QMS, eQMS, CDS, Document Management Systems).
• Experience working with global pharma clients and multi-site implementations.
