Drive the delivery of new HRMS features from concept to launch
Partner with product, engineering, and HR to define and refine requirements
Coordinate releases, testing cycles, and implementation plans
Build processes, documentation, and best practices from the ground up
Ensure our platform delivers an exceptional experience for future users
Strong HRIS/HRMS experience in product development or implementations
5+ years of experience with .NET Core, Web API & SQL.
Strong knowledge of any HR platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, UKG, etc.)
A knack for managing timelines, teams, and complex roadmaps
Great communication and a problem-solving mindset
Passion for creating modern, intuitive HR tech
