Delivery Manager - Accounting Services

Role Overview: You will lead and manage a team delivering comprehensive accounting and finance services to a portfolio of outsourced clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service delivery while fostering strong client relationships and team development. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business, needs, and strategic goals. - Build "Trusted Advisor" relationships by providing timely, relevant financial insights and advice. - Manage client expectations and resolve issues proactively. - Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, preparing accurate financial statements and reports. - Supervise, mentor, and coach accounting staff, supporting their professional growth. - Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback. - Ensure team adherence to firm quality, risk, and internal control procedures. - Assess and recommend improvements to clients" internal accounting processes, systems, and controls. - Stay updated on industry best practices, regulations, and relevant software. - Assist with engagement planning, budgeting, and resource allocation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA/CA preferred. - Proven experience in outsourced accounting, controllership, or similar role. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls. - Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) and project management tools. - Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Client-focused with a proactive, adaptable, and professional approach.,
