Delivery Leader Microsoft Dynamics & Power Platform

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Delivery Leader to oversee project delivery for Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform engagements. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional delivery practices, ensure client satisfaction, and drive delivery-led growth across a portfolio of customers and accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage implementation and managed services projects while ensuring revenue and margin targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery Excellence: Lead the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with high-quality standards.

Implement and refine delivery frameworks and methodologies to drive efficiency and consistency across projects.

Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery.

Client Engagement & Thought Leadership:

Develop and execute a framework for regular engagement with customers to share thought leadership and industry insights.

Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and alignment with their business goals.

Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on leveraging Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform for business transformation.

Portfolio Management:

Manage a portfolio of customers and accounts, ensuring delivery outcomes align with business objectives.

Track and report on project performance, revenue, and margins across the portfolio.

Collaborate with account teams to identify opportunities for delivery-led growth.

Delivery-Led Growth:

Drive growth within accounts by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling based on delivery outcomes.

Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to align delivery capabilities with customer needs.
