Support workforce behavior in alignment with the organization`s business strategy by designing, developing, implementing, and executing key HR processes:strategic planning; supply demand; hiring and sourcing; on-boarding and integration; training and development; objective-setting and performance management; and compensation and rewards.Talent Development processStrong track record in driving transformation of learning delivery through AI, automation, analytics, and scalable delivery models.Ability to leverage benchmarking and industry best practices to continuously improve service performanceSkilled at engaging and influencing C-suite executives and senior client stakeholders.Proven ability to mentor senior managers, build succession pipelines, and develop global capability.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with ability to manage ambiguity and pressure effectively.Experience working with or within consumer goods, premium beauty, luxury, or related industries, with a strong understanding of client needs and operating modelsFoster a high-performing organization by resolving conflicts, building collaboration, and supporting recruiting of new team membersMonitor and manage third-party vendor/contractor performance against service requirements.Facilitate adoption of enabling technologies to improve delivery efficiency and client outcomes.Balance workloads and optimize one-to-many delivery models across clients.Strong foundation in learning and behavioral science, instructional design, and adult learning.Proven experience delivering complex learning programs across globally distributed teams, complex stakeholder environments and business functions.Deep experience with governance, KPI/SLA management, and operational excellence frameworks
What are we looking for?
Own accountability for service delivery performance, including budget, scope, dependencies, SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.Partner with senior client stakeholders to align delivery with strategic workforce and learning goals.Drive innovation by introducing best practices, benchmarking, and next-gen delivery modelsOversee financial management including team costs, time/expense audits, and updates in MME (cost and CCI).Ensure standard templates, reporting, and governance methods are followed consistently.Identify and mitigate risks/issues, serving as escalation point for delivery.Drive operational excellence by embedding process improvements, streamlining workflows, and enabling productivity gains.Monitor client/customer satisfaction through surveys and tools, translating feedback into actionable improvements.Ensure compliance with delivery standards, service policies, and project gating requirements.Lead geographically dispersed global teams, managing staffing, assignments, and succession planning.Develop team competency coverage through cross-training, leadership development, and mentoring.Act as process expert/coach to ensure effective methods adoption and delivery quality.Experience in Beauty retail and experience in Agentic and Gen Ai in the Learning space(Content design and delivery)

This role requires proactive identification, definition and solving of complex problems that have impact on the direction of the business or work effort, where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of Accenture It requires development and execution of strategy to achieve key business objectives in area of responsibility Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiation or influencing on critical matters Individual should have wide latitude in decision making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments Decisions have a major and lasting impact on areas outside of own responsibility Individual manages large complex teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
