Job Description: Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex projects within the insurance technology sector. As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple projects within the insurance tech domain. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and QA, to ensure seamless project execution. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. Communicate project status, updates, and issues to stakeholders and senior management. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices and lessons learned. Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project management or delivery management within the insurance technology sector. Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong understanding of insurance processes, products, and regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
