The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful IT projects and delivering them on time. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members. Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in computer science or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in IT project management within the P&C (Property and Casualty) domain. • Familiarity with P&C domain solutions demonstrating the ability to leverage these tools effectively for project success. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and quality. • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve their best performance. • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Key Responsibilities : • Ensure timely project delivery by effectively managing all team activities, ensuring that all milestones and deadlines are met. • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and team members, to gather and meet project requirements. • Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project progression. • Monitor team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance to ensure continuous improvement and high-quality output. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports, risk logs, and other necessary records, to provide transparency and accountability. • Facilitate regular team meetings to discuss project status, address issues, and foster a collaborative working environment. • Ensure adherence to industry best practices and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
