Description
As a Delivery Head, your primary responsibility will be to lead the planning, design, and execution of Digital Transformation initiatives in the OSS/BSS Telco domain. This includes driving strategic transformations involving the implementation of digital platforms, OSS/BSS solutions, and custom digital applications. You will collaborate with business stakeholders to define transformation roadmaps and ensure technical solutions align with strategic business objectives. It will be crucial to leverage modern technologies like cloud-native architecture, microservices, and DevOps to align digital strategies with business needs. In addition to Digital Transformation Delivery, you will oversee the development, enhancement, and ongoing maintenance of applications as part of the Application Development & Maintenance (ADM) lifecycle. This involves leading teams in Agile and DevOps practices, managing the transition of legacy applications to modern frameworks, and collaborating with application architects to ensure scalable, secure, and compliant systems. As the Delivery Head, you will also be responsible for managing multiple projects under the digital transformation and ADM portfolios within the Telco domain. This includes developing detailed project plans, resource allocations, and risk management strategies to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. You will implement project management best practices and use industry-standard tools to track project performance and ensure transparency. Furthermore, your role will involve leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, establishing team goals and performance metrics, providing guidance on technical challenges, and fostering a culture of innovation within the team and organization. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, engage with executive stakeholders, and ensure clients" OSS/BSS needs are consistently met. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 8+ years of experience in digital transformation initiatives, application development, and maintenance. You should possess a strong understanding of cloud computing, DevOps, Agile methodologies, and a proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformation projects in the OSS/BSS Telco domain. Preferred skills include certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, hands-on experience with cloud platforms, automation tools, and familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks. Additionally, staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices will be crucial for driving continuous improvement and innovation within the team.,
