Job Overview: As a Sales Executive for Cloud Offerings, you will play a vital role in expanding the adoption of our cloud-based products and services. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and building relationships with potential clients to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires you to be a self-starter who can work independently to meet sales targets while driving the growth of cloud services within target markets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Execution: o Identify key opportunities and target verticals for cloud offerings by leveraging market research and customer insights. o Collaborate with marketing teams to design targeted campaigns that address customer needs in specific industries. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: o Build and nurture relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and other key stakeholders to drive cloud sales. o Understand client needs and recommend the best cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) to address business challenges. o Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting product demos, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. o Ensure a smooth transition from sales to post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Product and Market Knowledge: o Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and cloud technology advancements. o Demonstrate a deep understanding of the cloud offerings, clearly articulating their business value to prospects. o Educate potential customers on the advantages of cloud adoption, including scalability, flexibility, security, and cost-effectiveness. Sales Reporting and Forecasting: o Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system. o Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to management. o Analyze sales data and market trends to refine approaches and improve sales outcomes.
