Delivery Coordinator

We are seeking a talented delivery coordinator to join our team

Delivery Planning & Coordination

• Plan daily and weekly delivery schedules based on sales orders and commitments
• Coordinate with warehouse, drivers, and installation teams for smooth dispatch
• Ensure delivery routes are optimized for time and cost efficiency.

Customer Coordination

• Inform customers about delivery dates, time slots, and installation schedules
• Handle customer queries related to delivery status and delays
• Ensure customer confirmation and satisfaction after delivery

Installation & After-Sales Support

• Coordinate installation schedules for furniture
• Report installation issues, damages, or shortages to concerned departments
• Follow up on pending or rescheduled deliveries

Issue Handling & Reporting

• Handle delivery delays, damages, returns, and replacements
• Report unresolved issues to senior management

Skills & Competencies

• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Problem-solving and customer-handling skills

Qualifications & Experience

• Female candidates preferred
• Minimum: Higher Secondary / Diploma (any stream)
• Experience: 1years in preferred
• Experience in furniture, interior, or retail industry preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
