Delivery Coordinator

An automotive delivery coordinator schedules and manages vehicle handovers, prepares all necessary paperwork, and ensures vehicles are ready for delivery. Key responsibilities include coordinating with sales and other departments, educating customers on vehicle features, handling post-delivery issues, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Core responsibilities

• Scheduling and logistics: Plan and schedule vehicle deliveries, coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, RTO), and communicate with customers about their delivery time.
• Vehicle preparation: Ensure all vehicles are cleaned and undergo pre-delivery inspections to confirm they are in good condition for delivery.
• Documentation: Prepare, review, and ensure all necessary paperwork is complete and accurate, including sales and registration documents.
• Customer interaction: Deliver vehicles to customers, provide a detailed explanation of vehicle features and technology, and answer any initial questions.
• Problem-solving: Address customer concerns or complaints that arise during or after the delivery process and follow up on any post-delivery items.
• Record keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer acknowledgments.

Required skills and qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-service oriented with the ability to build rapport and handle concerns professionally.
• Proficiency in computer programs like Microsoft Excel is often required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
