Responsibilities Delivery: Safely pick up, transport, and deliver sanitary ware items to designated customer locations within specified time frames.  Loading & Unloading: Carefully load and unload sanitary ware items from delivery vehicles, ensuring products are protected from damage.  Route Planning: Plan and optimize delivery routes using GPS or maps to ensure efficiency and timely deliveries.  Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, handling complaints, and obtaining customer signatures upon delivery.  Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, customer interactions, and payments received.  Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic vehicle inspections before and after each trip, ensuring it is safe and report any issues to management.  Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies during the delivery process.  Issue Reporting: Promptly report any issues, delays, road accidents, or discrepancies found with packages to supervisors.  Qualifications & Skills Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential.  Physical Fitness: The ability to lift and carry heavy items is required due to the nature of sanitary ware.  Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational skills are needed to manage schedules and routes efficiently.  Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for interacting with customers and team members.  Local Knowledge: Familiarity with local areas and navigation skills to plan efficient routes is beneficial.  Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is important to ensure correct deliveries and maintain accurate records.
