Delivery Account Lead (Domestic Recruitment)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Delivery Account Lead - Domestic Recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Delivery & Operations:

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for domestic roles across various levels and industries.
  • Oversee the sourcing, screening, and selection process to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Allocate and prioritize open requisitions among the recruitment team based on urgency and specialization.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, documentation, and recruitment best practices.
  • Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline using portals, referrals, social platforms, and agencies.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for client communication and delivery updates.
  • Understand client business models, hiring trends, and workforce plans to proactively strategize.
  • Conduct regular client meetings and performance reviews.
  • Address and resolve client escalations or issues with agility.

Team Leadership:

  • Manage, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, share feedback, and build high-performance recruitment teams.
  • Train new team members on tools, sourcing techniques, and recruitment platforms.

Metrics, Reporting & SLAs:

  • Track and report key metrics like time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, offer-to-join ratio, etc.
  • Ensure SLAs, TATs, and hiring targets are met or exceeded consistently.
  • Use ATS/CRM tools to maintain accurate dashboards and reporting.

Process Improvement & Market Intelligence:

  • Identify areas of improvement in recruitment processes and suggest automation or efficiency strategies.
  • Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring patterns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (HRBP, L&D, operations) to improve candidate experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in domestic recruitment, with at least 2 to 3 years in a team handling or managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing methods, market mapping, and recruiting tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using ATS/CRM systems and Excel-based reporting
