Delegate Sales

Position : Delegate Sales Location : Mumbai Roles & Responsibilities : Roles & Responsibilities : Conduct 70 to 100 cold calls per day, reaching out to potential delegates via phone, email, and other communication channels to promote events, negotiate paid awards, and secure registrations. Utilize linkedin connects or starting connecting on linkedin for better outreach, industry associations to identify and engage potential delegates for paid awards and events. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new delegates and meet or exceed sales targets for both paid and complimentary delegate registrations Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential delegates to encourage repeat attendance, loyalty, and long-term partnerships. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, delegate interactions, and sales performance metrics to track progress and results. Demonstrate strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate persuasively to close sales, handle objections, and effectively sell paid awards and delegate packages Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Compensation Package: Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Work Location: In person
