Your responsibilities will include: - Proficiency in using HubSpot CRM. - Ensuring a positive first impression when contacting leads. - Engaging potential customers in meaningful dialogues to identify opportunities and facilitate closures. - Meeting departmental and individual quotas, goals, and targets. - Providing excellent customer service in line with company expectations. - Updating the contacts database as needed. - Delivering information about our products/services in an engaging manner. - Addressing customer queries transparently and accurately. - Documenting relevant call details for future reference and database entry. - Processing orders efficiently and with precision. - Collaborating with the team with genuine enthusiasm. - Negotiating sales and resolving any concerns or reservations raised by potential customers.
