Role Overview

We’re looking for a Luxury Décor Designer with a creative eye, refined aesthetics, and strong on-ground understanding. This role combines concept design and project execution, ensuring every event décor reflects sophistication and perfection.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design décor setups for luxury weddings and high-end events.
• Meet clients to understand their vision, theme, and preferences.
• Create mood boards, presentations, and visual concepts to communicate design ideas.
• Coordinate with internal production, fabrication, logistics, and floral teams for execution.
• Ensure timely delivery, quality control, and seamless on-site installation.
• Stay updated with global décor trends, color palettes, and styling techniques.
• Suggest innovative décor enhancements and add-on design elements to elevate the experience.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in event décor, interior styling, or wedding design.
• Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW (3D design knowledge is a plus).
• Excellent aesthetic sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• A team player with a passion for luxury design and client satisfaction.
