Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Debt Recovery Agent located in Noida. The Debt Recovery Agent will be responsible for managing overdue accounts, contacting customers to negotiate repayment plans, and maintaining accurate records of communication and payments. Daily tasks include investigating and resolving discrepancies in overdue accounts, handling customer inquiries regarding billing, and coordinating with other departments to ensure the accuracy of account information.

Qualifications

• Experience in debt recovery, collections, or similar roles
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of billing and account management
• Ability to investigate and resolve discrepancies in overdue accounts
• Proficiency in using office software and databases
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
