Job Purpose

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Debt Manager to join our Retail Banking team. As a Debt Manager, you will be responsible for managing the flows of personal loans within the Ahmedabad, Gujarat region. This is a full-time position with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end process of personal loan flows, including lead generation, application processing, and disbursement
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide appropriate loan solutions
Conduct credit assessments and risk analysis to determine loan eligibility and ensure compliance with bank policies and regulations
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of loan applications
- Monitor and track loan performance and take necessary actions to minimize delinquency and defaults
- Stay updated on market trends and competition to identify opportunities for business growth
- Provide regular reports and analysis to management on loan portfolio and performance.

2-5 Years of collections experience.
