Debt Collection Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to/from UK customers with outstanding debts.
• Assess customer financial situations and provide guidance on IVA/PBS solutions.
• Explain legal implications and benefits of IVA or PBS arrangements.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, agreements, and promises.
• Follow up on payment commitments and ensure collections within stipulated timelines.
• Work with empathy and professionalism to build trust with financially distressed customers.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets (KPIs) related to collections and quality.
• Ensure adherence to FCA guidelines and company compliance policies.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum

  1–2 years

  of experience in

  international debt collection or financial advisory

  , preferably in

  UK-based IVA/PBS

  processes.
• Excellent

  spoken and written English

  communication skills.
• Strong

  negotiation

• Knowledge of UK insolvency processes (especially IVA/PBS) is a strong plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to handle sensitive financial situations with patience and professionalism.
