Candidates who are bilingual in English and Arabic are strongly encouraged to apply, as this role requires regular communication with a diverse client base to perform the duties effectively.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls of current clients and provide update about their debt settlement program
  • Make outbound calls to current clients to resolve customer service tasks
  • Respond to service voicemails, emails, and text messages
  • Assist with getting approvals from clients regarding settlements
  • Update client accounts as needed
  • Assist with call recording audits


Qualification and requirements (non-negotiable)

  • Fluency in English required

  • Egyptian Arabic language proficiency strongly preferred

  • Team Player
  • Debt Collections: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively in a professional manner.
  • Ability to multitask during times of stress.
  • Must be self-motivated and have a strong sense of proprietorship.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer and communication (phone and email) service skills.
  • Ability to problem solve.
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude, and a dependable work ethic.
  • Prior experience with SalesForce or another CRM
