Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Debenture Officer located in Irinjalakkuda. The Debenture Officer will be responsible for managing debenture portfolios, overseeing the issuance and redemption of debentures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining accurate records. Daily tasks include liaising with investors, preparing financial reports, and coordinating with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial management, investment management, and portfolio management
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and record maintenance
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Experience in the non-banking financial sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency with financial software and tools
