As the Dean of the MBA Program at CARE Business School, your role will be crucial in leading the academic and administrative aspects of the department. Your responsibilities will include: - Academic Leadership: - Providing strategic direction and leadership to the MBA program. - Overseeing curriculum development to ensure alignment with industry trends and university standards. - Promoting innovative teaching methodologies and outcome-based education. - Leading efforts in achieving and maintaining NAAC, NBA, or other relevant accreditations. - Faculty Development: - Recruiting, mentoring, and evaluating faculty members. - Promoting faculty research, publications, FDPs, and collaborations. - Organizing academic conferences, workshops, and seminars. - Student Development: - Ensuring student-centric policies, mentoring, and career guidance. - Improving student performance in academics, placements, and entrepreneurial activities. - Developing industry-oriented certification programs and value-added courses. - Industry Collaboration: - Building partnerships with corporates, startups, and business incubators. - Enhancing internship, placement, and live project opportunities. - Inviting guest speakers, industry mentors, and corporate trainers. - Administrative Duties: - Budget planning, departmental reporting, and policy implementation. - Ensuring compliance with Anna University and AICTE regulations. - Representing the MBA department in academic councils and institutional committees.
