We have urgent requirement of Assistant Professor for MBA

Education:

• MBA, PhD (or willing to do PhD)

Experience:

· A minimum of 2 Years of Professional experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· To develop, create and invent effective learning methods to teach the graduate and undergraduate students

· Prepare course materials, lectures, and demonstrations, including assignments, quizzes, and exams

· Participate in curriculum development to incorporate new knowledge into courses

· Engage in scholarly research and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings

· Creating, developing and innovating new techniques to ensure better learning procedures

· Constantly update the knowledge and improve one’s teaching and learning abilities

· Assist with student advising, admissions, and career counselling

· Participate in college committees as assigned by the Management

· Serve on departmental committees as required by the College Administration

· To maintain the discipline and abide by the rules and regulations of the university

· To conduct various workshops, classes, demonstrations, sessions, field trips for effective learning

· To evaluate, assess and provide an appropriate feedback
