· Industry Collaboration: Proven experience in collaborating with industry partners to enhance academic curriculum and provide practical insights to students.

· Financial Management: Knowledge and experience in managing budgets, financial resources, and understanding financial principles related to management education.

· Human Resource Management: Proficiency in teaching and applying HR management concepts in educational and practical contexts.

· Operations Management: Understanding of operational processes and the ability to teach and incorporate these concepts into the learning environment.

· Digital Marketing: Awareness of the latest trends in digital marketing and their applications in modern management studies.

Roles and Responsibilities

· Deliver high-quality lectures and engage students in the field of management studies, ensuring a dynamic and interactive learning experience.

· Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assessments in alignment with industry standards and educational goals.

· Engage in scholarly research, publishing findings in reputable academic journals, and presenting at conferences.

· Foster relationships with industry partners to enhance academic programs and provide students with real-world insights.

· Advise and mentor students on academic and career paths, offering guidance and support throughout their educational journey.

· Collaborate with colleagues and administrative staff to contribute to the department's mission and goals.

· Participate in committee work, curriculum reviews, and accreditation processes to ensure high standards of educational delivery.

· Utilize and integrate digital tools and resources to enhance the teaching and learning experience for students.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
