Job Responsibilities: Teach MBA students core and elective courses in Finance such as Financial Management, Corporate Finance, Investment Analysis, International Finance, and related areas. Develop curriculum, teaching plans, and case studies in alignment with academic standards. Mentor and guide students in academic projects, dissertations, and internships. Conduct research, publish papers, and contribute to academic excellence. Organize seminars, workshops, and industry interaction sessions to enhance student learning. Evaluate student performance through examinations, assignments, and presentations. Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory developments, and financial innovations. Qualifications & Requirements: MBA with Ph.D. in Finance NET/SET qualification (preferred, as per UGC norms). Prior teaching experience in higher education institutions is desirable. Strong subject knowledge, analytical skills, and communication skills. Commitment to academic excellence and student development.
