Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jaipur, Rajasthan for the positions of Dean, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor. The primary responsibilities include developing and delivering educational content, mentoring students, conducting research, and actively participating in academic planning and curriculum development. The candidates will also be responsible for maintaining industry connections, engaging in student relationship management, and contributing to the overall growth and development of the institution.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge and expertise in the relevant academic field
• Proven experience in teaching, curriculum development, and mentorship
• Research acumen and ability to publish high-quality research work
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with digital teaching tools and platforms
• Leadership and administrative abilities for the Dean role
• PhD or equivalent degree in the relevant field
• Experience in the higher education sector is a plus
