Lloyd Business School is seeking an experienced and visionary Dean – Academics to lead our flagship PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma in Management) program. This strategic academic leader will shape the future of management education by driving excellence in curriculum, pedagogy, faculty development, and student outcomes. Key Responsibilities 🔹 Lead academic strategy, curriculum innovation, and program development aligned with industry and regulatory standards (AICTE, NBA, AACSB). 🔹 Ensure academic delivery excellence and a transformative learning experience for students. 🔹 Spearhead accreditation, quality assurance, and academic audits. 🔹 Build strong industry-academia partnerships and foster thought leadership. 🔹 Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance academic impact and reputation. Qualifications & Experience ✔️ Ph.D. in Management or related discipline (preferably from a reputed institution) ✔️ Minimum 12–15 years of academic experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role ✔️ Proven track record in teaching, research, and academic administration ✔️ Sound knowledge of PGDM program structure, academic compliance, and accreditation standards ✔️ Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills Show more Show less
