We are inviting applications for the position of Regular Faculty to teach and lead the Indian Knowledge System (IKS) paper under the BBA program.

The Indian Knowledge System (IKS) represents India’s vast and diverse intellectual traditions developed over centuries, spanning domains such as science, technology, philosophy, medicine, literature, art, architecture, and yoga. With the National Education Policy (NEP) emphasizing IKS as a core element of holistic education, we seek a faculty member passionate about integrating India’s ancient wisdom with contemporary academic frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach the IKS course to undergraduate BBA students with an interdisciplinary and applied approach.
• Develop and curate course material aligned with NEP guidelines and modern pedagogical practices.
• Encourage critical thinking, inquiry, and connections between traditional knowledge and modern-day business and management contexts.
• Promote research and projects rooted in IKS themes.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or higher in relevant fields such as Indian Philosophy, History, Sanskrit, Cultural Studies, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated understanding or research experience in Indian Knowledge Systems.
• Ability to engage students in experiential and interdisciplinary learning.
• Prior teaching experience in higher education is desirable.
