As the Dean Academics at Karnavati University, your primary focus will be to foster research and enhance teaching and learning within the Faculty. Your role as an academic leader involves providing direction to the Faculty, developing a strategic roadmap, and ensuring its successful implementation. - Oversee the functioning of the Faculty, including mentoring and supporting faculty members. - Attract and recruit suitable individuals to teach at the Faculty. - Lead the curriculum and pedagogy review process within the Faculty. - Enhance the interaction and professional experience of faculty members. - Network with institutions nationally and internationally to establish Karnavati University as a key player in academic activities. - Prepare the budget for the Faculty in collaboration with Program Chairs/Coordinators and other stakeholders. - Plan and organize various activities such as meetings, conferences, and recruitment. - Proven experience in academic leadership and administration. - Strong networking and relationship-building skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Ability to strategize and implement initiatives to enhance teaching and research. - Prior experience in budget preparation and management.,
