Dealer Sales Representative

• Build and maintain strong relationships with cutomers to ensure consistent performance and loyalty.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Promote Royal Maple’s product portfolio, including Vista Furnishings, Blinds, Glass Shower Cubicles, Parabola, Wooden Flooring, and Fenesta UPVC products..
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with the internal marketing and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Handle dealer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high standard of service.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, dealer feedback, and market conditions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Good understanding of channel sales and the interior design/building materials industry
• Goal-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in dealer/channel sales, preferably in the interiors, building materials, or home improvement sector
• Experience with UPVC doors/windows, furnishings, or related products is a strong advantage

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
