Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Coordinate with the internal marketing and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Handle dealer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high standard of service. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, dealer feedback, and market conditions Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong negotiation and closing abilities Good understanding of channel sales and the interior design/building materials industry Goal-oriented with strong organizational skills Willingness to travel within assigned territory Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field 2–5 years of experience in dealer/channel sales, preferably in the interiors, building materials, or home improvement sector Experience with UPVC doors/windows, furnishings, or related products is a strong advantage Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month Compensation Package: Performance bonus Schedule: Day shift Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gurugram, Haryana
