Dealer Sales Representative

You will be working as a Dealer Sales Associate for Hyundai Construction Equipment at Jayshree Trading Co. in Kolkata & Durgapur. You will have a 6-day work week with a salary range of 12,000-15,000 per month for Freshers and 22,000-25,000 per month for Experienced candidates. As a Dealer Sales Associate, your main responsibility will be to promote and sell Hyundai's construction machinery and equipment to dealers, contractors, and end-users in the Kolkata market. You will need to develop and maintain relationships with existing dealers, identify new dealer partners, and promote Hyundai construction equipment such as excavators, wheel loaders, and motor graders. Key responsibilities also include conducting product demonstrations, providing technical support to dealers and end-users, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with the service team for after-sales support. You will also participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events, monitor market trends and competitor activities, and maintain customer database for timely follow-ups. Freshers should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Automobile preferred), strong communication skills, basic understanding of construction equipment, willingness to travel, and proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali. Experienced candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in construction equipment sales, proven track record of achieving sales targets, existing network of dealers/customers, knowledge of Hyundai or similar construction equipment brands, and strong negotiation and closing skills. Required skills include excellent communication and presentation skills, customer relationship management, sales planning and execution, technical aptitude for construction equipment, computer literacy, and a valid driving license.
