Dealer Sales Representative

Job Description: Dealer Sales Associate - Hyundai Construction Equipment at Jayshree Trading Co. 

Location : Kolkata & Durgapur 

Working Day s: 6 days per week

Salary : ₹12,000-15,000 per month ( Freshers ) | ₹22,000-25,000 per month ( Experienced )

Position Overview

We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Dealer Sales Associates for Hyundai Construction Equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Hyundai's range of construction machinery and equipment to dealers, contractors, and end-users in the Kolkata market.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with existing dealers and identify new dealer partners

Promote Hyundai construction equipment including excavators, wheel loaders, motor graders, and other heavy machinery

Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers

Provide technical support and product information to dealers and end-users

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned

Prepare sales reports, quotations, and follow up on leads

Coordinate with the service team for after-sales support

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events

Monitor market trends and competitor activities

Maintain customer database and ensure timely follow-ups

Required Qualifications

For Freshers:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Automobile preferred) or equivalent

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of construction equipment (training will be provided)

Willingness to travel within the territory

Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Bengali

For Experienced Candidates:

2-5 years of experience in construction equipment sales or related field

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Existing network of dealers/customers in construction industry (preferred)

Knowledge of Hyundai or similar construction equipment brands

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Skills Required

Customer relationship management

Sales planning and execution

Technical aptitude for construction equipment

Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software)

Valid driving license
