Job Description

Key responsibilities include identifying new sales opportunities, presenting product features and benefits, negotiating pricing, facilitating financing, and providing ongoing support and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeated business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential dealer partners.
  • Sales & Promotion:
  • Actively promote the company's products and services to dealers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and highlight features and benefits.
  • Provide product training to dealer sales teams.
  • Sales Performance:
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and sales terms within company guidelines.
  • Manage sales processes from initial contact to closing the sale.
  • Market & Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of company products, services, and market trends.
  • Conduct market research on competitor products and services.
  • Dealer Support:
  • Monitor dealer inventory levels and advise on stock management to meet market demand.
  • Provide marketing and promotional support to dealers.
  • Administration:
  • Generate sales reports and provide updates to management.
  • Handle necessary administrative work related to closing sales.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to interact with clients, dealers, and internal teams.
  • Sales Acumen: A solid understanding of sales processes, negotiation, and closing techniques.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate product information.
  • Customer Service: Strong ability to understand customer needs and provide high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Target Orientation: A results-driven mindset with a strong drive to meet and exceed performance expectations.
  • Field Experience: Comfort with fieldwork and making on-site visits to dealerships and potential clients.
  • Educational Background: A graduate degree, often an MBA in Marketing, is often required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
