Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Dedicated Client Support professional, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service. The role involves communicating with clients, managing client expectations and addressing client concerns to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves engaging with clients to improve their overall customer experience with our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain effective communication with clients. Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and issues. Keep clients informed about the status of their requests or issues. Collaborate with other teams, if necessary, to address and resolve complex problems. Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered by the company. Knowledge of SQL – Server MS Office is must Required Skill set: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience in providing technical support to customers Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Comfortable with working in a team and also able to work independently with minimal supervision Multitasking Qualification: Any degree / diploma in computers.
