Job Description

Service Desk Operations - This AR has been raised to support the ongoing BAU activities for Hiscox.

We are currently coordinating with the Solution Assurance (SA) team to enrich the AR, and will update it as soon as we receive the necessary inputs from them.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, implement, and manage data center infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network systems.
Ensure high availability and reliability of data center services, with minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain documentation of data center architecture, policies, and procedures.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data center operations.
Implement security measures to protect against cyber threats and ensure compliance with industry standards.
