Role & responsibilities

Job Purpose

A Digital Product Manager creates the product roadmap and defines the strategic vision for their team driven by the overall vision. They have a deep understanding of the target market/industry and build close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure that the teams effort is aligned with overall strategy. A Digital Product Manager manages dependencies with other teams functions while identifying, building and managing strategic partnership across the different teams. They work closely within their team and key stakeholders to ensure business value and user feedback is translated into new developments when necessary. Digital Product Managers will be accountable for specific business KPIs based on the area of the product they are focused on.

The Digital Product Manager from this team will handle the transformation of Channel/Platform to further enhance the customer experience, not only by fixing issues and journey improvisations but also by bringing in new features and capabilities. The objective will be to elevate the platforms towards industry leading UX, bring enhanced reliability & stability and in turn build user's trust by providing more resilient platforms.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Tech and MBA from leading institutes is preferred, but not required if there is relevant previous PM experience

Experience

• 5-7 years in capacity of a digital product manager in a fast paced, agile product development setup preferably in banking and fintech space

Key Skills

• Strong appreciation of user experience and user centric design
• Good Communication skills, Team player, collaborative & positive mindset with ability to liaise with different teams

Knowledge of major design, development and project management applications (i.e., Sketch, Keynote, Jira, etc.)
