Job Description

Design, develop, and implement automation solutions for DB2 LUW and pureScale maintenance using Ansible, Python, Shell, or YAML-based scripts.
Lead and manage DB2 infrastructure automation initiatives across hybrid (on-prem and cloud) environments.
Optimize and modernize existing DB2 workflows, identifying opportunities for performance improvement and cost efficiency.
Implement CI/CD pipelines for DB2-related deployments and maintenance activities using modern DevOps practices.
Troubleshoot complex DB2 performance, connectivity, and replication issues in clustered and cloud setups.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including infrastructure, DevOps, and cloud engineers, to ensure seamless database operations.
Ensure robust monitoring, alerting, and reporting mechanisms for DB2 environments.
