We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Tester with hands-on experience in functional, integration, and regression testing of Salesforce applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Jira Zephyr for test management, test planning, execution, and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Perform end-to-end testing of Salesforce CRM, including Sales, Service, and custom modules. Design, create, and manage test cases, test cycles, and test execution in Jira Zephyr. Validate integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware, third-party apps). Conduct functional, regression, UAT, and smoke testing. Identify, log, and track defects in Jira; collaborate with developers and admins for resolution. Ensure test coverage, traceability, and adherence to QA best practices. Support release cycles, sprint testing, and deployment verification. Required Skills: 36 years of experience in Salesforce Testing. Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules, data model, workflows, validation rules, and automation. Hands-on experience with Jira + Zephyr for test case management and reporting. Good understanding of API testing (Postman, REST, SOAP preferred). Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Good to Have: Salesforce Administrator or QA certification. Experience with automation tools (Selenium, Provar, or similar).
