The Day Duty Gynaecologist at our facility in Agra, UP plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive gynaecological care to patients. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting gynaecological examinations, diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, and performing surgeries when necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, offering prenatal and postnatal care, providing family planning and contraceptive advice, managing menopausal symptoms, and collaborating with other medical professionals for integrated care. You will also be expected to participate in departmental meetings, engage in professional development activities, and conduct health education and awareness programs for the community. The successful candidate for this role must hold a Medical degree (MBBS) with specialization in Gynaecology (MD/MS/DGO), possess a valid medical license, and have proven experience in gynaecology practice, preferably in a hospital setting. Expertise in diagnosing and treating gynaecological conditions, proficiency in performing gynaecological surgeries, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a compassionate and patient-centered approach to care are essential.
