Roles and Responsibilities Provide high-quality postnatal care to new mothers and their babies at home, ensuring optimal health outcomes. Conduct regular visits to monitor patient progress, identify potential issues, and implement necessary interventions. Offer lactation support and guidance on breastfeeding techniques to promote successful feeding practices. Educate patients on proper hygiene practices, wound care, and other aspects of postpartum recovery. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans for each patient. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in nursing with a focus on postnatal care or related field. Proficiency in Kannada/Hindi/English communication skills. Strong knowledge of maternal health, newborn nursing, vital signs monitoring, and patient education principles. B.Sc Nursing degree from an accredited institution.
