As a Data/Information Management Senior Analyst at Citi's Analytics and Information Management (AIM) team, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the development of new techniques and improving processes within the North America and APAC Consumer bank information management team. Here are your key responsibilities: - Apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge to evaluate moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact - Integrate subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area - Use good analytical skills to filter, prioritize, and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources - Assume informal/formal leadership role within teams and coach/train new recruits - Direct day-to-day work of junior level employees and contribute to workflow/process change and redesign - Accountable for regular reporting or process administration as owner - Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets To excel in this role, you should possess the following skillset: - Client Obsession: Create client-centric analytic solutions to business problems - Analytic Project Execution: Own and deliver multiple and complex analytic projects - Stakeholder Management: Experience in stakeholder management across various functions and regions - Presentation Skills: Deliver high-class presentations to share thoughts, solutions, or problem statements - Project Management: Manage projects by creating project plans, assigning responsibilities, and coaching and mentoring juniors Qualifications required for this role include: - 6-10 years of experience - Ability to think strategically, creatively problem solve, and engage resources outside of direct control - Working experience in a quantitative field - Familiarity with various Analytics Tools and GenAI applications - Hands-on experience in SQL, Python, Pyspark, Hive, Impala - Experience working with large datasets, data warehouses, and data exploration & EDA techniques - Understanding of Customer lifecycle in investment and retail banking business Preferred qualifications include experience in Python, pyspark, Hive, Impala, SQL programming, investment banking, retail banking pnl, and Tableau.
