Job Description

Role Overview: As a Datacenter Operations Lead at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to shape your career and be part of a collaborative community that inspires you to reimagine what is possible. Your role will involve leading and governing Datacenter operations in alignment with ITIL V4 and Capgemini delivery standards. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless delivery of operational services, monitoring infrastructure health and performance KPIs, and managing crisis situations and client escalations. Additionally, you will drive risk identification and mitigation strategies, oversee run projects, and ensure smooth integration into operations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and govern Datacenter operations aligned with ITIL V4 and Capgemini delivery standards - Ensure seamless delivery of operational services in line with SLAs and contractual obligations - Monitor infrastructure health, performance KPIs, and client satisfaction metrics - Manage crisis situations and client escalations with front-end leadership and resolution planning - Drive risk identification and mitigation strategies across Datacenter environments - Oversee run projects and ensure smooth integration into operations within timelines and budgets Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in Datacenter operations, service delivery, and client management - Proven ability to manage large distributed teams (250+ resources) across geographies - Strong understanding of Datacenter technologies: servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and monitoring tools - ITIL V4 certified with hands-on experience in applying ITIL processes - Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills - Experience in financial management, cost optimization, and forecasting Company Details: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations accelerate their transition to a digital and sustainable world.
