You will be responsible for managing 24x7x365 system administration operations across Production, Development, and Internal IT infrastructure. Your role will involve troubleshooting, tuning, upgrading, and monitoring Windows and ESXi environments. Additionally, you will be tasked with setting up and maintaining hardware, coordinating with vendors for issue resolution, and overseeing datacenter management, including asset management and compliance reporting. Moreover, you will install and configure Windows and ESXi operating systems, ensure server hardening, and manage file servers and user-level permissions. Your responsibilities will also include managing WSUS for patching, maintaining patch compliance, configuring and managing Windows cluster infrastructure, and addressing vulnerabilities identified during VAPT scans. Furthermore, you will administer Virtual Center, ESXi, VRA, SRM, and Disaster Recovery setups, conduct regular DR drills, provide audit evidence, and support security audits. To be successful in this role, you should possess strong communication skills, flexibility to work in shifts, and proven experience in Windows and ESXi infrastructure management. Knowledge of security and compliance best practices, including audit processes, is essential. Preferred qualifications include experience with Cisco Hyperflex, Dell VxRail, VMware ESXi patching/upgrade, VMware Update Manager, baseline creation, host profile management, as well as VMware and/or Windows certification.
