Must-Have Skills:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer Science / IT / ECE).
• Minimum

  6+ years of experience

  working on any database technology.
• Proven experience in database administration and support.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Relevant Database Certification (MCSA / SQL / Oracle / PostgreSQL / MySQL, etc.).
• Experience handling large-scale production databases.
• Exposure to high availability, replication, and failover setups.
• Strong documentation and audit readiness experience.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and monitor enterprise databases ensuring high availability.
• Perform database installation, configuration, upgrades, and patching.
• Handle backup, recovery, and disaster recovery operations.
• Monitor database performance and perform tuning and optimization.
• Ensure database security, user access control, and compliance standards.
• Troubleshoot database-related issues and provide root cause analysis.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and audits.
• Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams for database support.
