Are you a tech-savvy individual with a passion for data analysis and management? We are seeking a dynamic Database Building/Management intern to join our team! As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work on various Operational projects and gain hands-on experience in data entry, cleaning, extraction, analysis and report generation.

Selected Intern’s Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Maintain and update structured databases for Sales, Operations, and Hiring
processes.
  • Track and report key business metrics daily/weekly.
  • Ensure all records are accurate, consistent, and analysis-ready
  • Monitor daily teacher attendance form submissions.
  • Follow up with teachers for missing entries and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain a cleaned, final attendance database.
  • Liaise with Sales, Academic, and HR teams to ensure data consistency.
  • Support hiring documentation and candidate tracking 4. Process Optimisation & Tool Adoption
  • Learn and explore new digital tools for data tracking and process efficiency.
  • Suggest and implement improvements to streamline operations.
  • Prepare monthly invoices for parents.
  • Track payment status and follow up where needed.
