🖥️ We’re Hiring – Database Administrator
📍 Location: Panchkula, Haryana
🕒 Experience: 3+ Years
🎓 Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields
We are seeking a highly capable Database Administrator (DBA) to ensure the performance, integrity, and security of our databases across critical projects—particularly in government or enterprise environments.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and enhance database performance and availability
Implement and manage data security, standards, and integrity
Perform troubleshooting, tuning, and database optimization
Manage user access, roles, and privileges
Develop and maintain database documentation
Create and test backup and recovery strategies
Ensure smooth storage, archiving, and disaster recovery operations
Support capacity planning and scaling efforts
💡 Key Skills & Experience:
3+ years of practical experience as a DBA
Strong knowledge of SQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.)
Experience in backup/recovery, access control, and disaster planning
Proficient in database documentation and performance monitoring tools
Ability to work in fast-paced, large-scale project environments (Govt. experience preferred)
