Key Responsibilities Lead and manage distributed engineering teams across different time zones, fostering collaboration and accountability. Drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable mobile applications (iOS & Android). Partner with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to define technical strategy and execution plans. Mentor and grow engineering talent, ensuring continuous learning and career development. Establish and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality benchmarks. Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality goals are met. Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks, ensuring system performance and scalability.
