As a Data Visualization Analyst in our Finance team, you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm Job responsibilities Apply critical thinking skills and perform advanced analytics with the goal of solving complex and multi-faceted business problems utilizing the firm s elected analytics and visualization platforms such as Python, QlikSense, Tableau and Alteryx. Gather the business/functional requirements and develop the technical specifications for the data analysis. Creates and leverages analytical approaches to perform analysis of domain specific source data to provide accurate conclusions, leading to the identification of improvement initiatives. Evaluate the current operational environment and identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics. Perform advanced quantitative and statistical analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can be used to improve business performance. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills Working experience on analytical tools (QlikSense, Tableau, SQL, Python) Experience building measures and metrics, and developing reporting dashboards Possesses collaboration, partnership and influencing skills Experience in developing standardized solutions for data acquisition, transformation and analysis Perform advanced quantitative and statistical analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can be used to improve business performance. Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Familiarity with Alteryx/ Python/SQL to develop ETL pipelines Ability to drive projects end to end from requirement analysis, development, testing to closure
